Ingredients:

  • 3 oz melon liqueur (e.g., Midori)
  • 3 oz coconut rum (e.g., Malibu)
  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • 1.5 oz heavy cream or coconut cream
  • 1.5 oz lime juice (freshly squeezed preferred)
  • Ice (for shaking)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Glasses (Optional): If desired, rim the shot glasses with shredded coconut. To do this, dip the rim of each glass in lime juice, then press into shredded coconut on a plate.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, add melon liqueur, coconut rum, pineapple juice, heavy cream, and lime juice.
  3. Shake Well: Fill the shaker with ice, secure the lid, and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well-chilled.
  4. Strain and Serve: Strain the mixture into prepared shot glasses.
  5. Garnish (Optional): Add a lime wedge or maraschino cherry to each shot for a festive touch.
