Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine cocoa powder, peanut butter, milk, granulated sugar, and salt.
  3. Heat over medium heat, stirring consistently until the mixture is smooth and well-combined. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in rolled oats until fully coated with the chocolate mixture.
  5. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop heaping spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared parchment paper.
  6. Allow cookies to cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes, then refrigerate for an additional 20 minutes or until firm.
