- 3 cups rolled oats

Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- In a medium saucepan, combine cocoa powder, peanut butter, milk, granulated sugar, and salt.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring consistently until the mixture is smooth and well-combined. Remove from heat.
- Stir in rolled oats until fully coated with the chocolate mixture.
- Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop heaping spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared parchment paper.
- Allow cookies to cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes, then refrigerate for an additional 20 minutes or until firm.
