Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 package strawberry Jello (6 oz)
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 package graham cracker crumbs (12 oz)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jello in boiling water. Stir in cold water and refrigerate until it starts to set, about 30-60 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Use an electric mixer to beat until smooth and creamy.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Layer a portion of graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of the baking dish. Spread half of the cream cheese filling over the crumbs.
  5. Layer half of the sliced strawberries over the filling. Carefully pour half of the chilled, partially set Jello on top.
  6. Repeat the layers with remaining cracker crumbs, filling, strawberries, and Jello.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and chill the dessert until fully set, at least 2 hours.
  8. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
