- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1 package strawberry Jello (6 oz)
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 cups mini marshmallows

- Layer half of the sliced strawberries over the filling. Carefully pour half of the chilled, partially set Jello on top.
- Repeat the layers with remaining cracker crumbs, filling, strawberries, and Jello.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill the dessert until fully set, at least 2 hours.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled.
