Ingredients:
- 1 (14 ounce/397g) can sweetened condensed milk
- 12 ounces (340g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup (240ml) creamy peanut butter (smooth, not chunky!)
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil, leaving an overhang on two sides.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth. Don't overheat!
- Add the peanut butter and vanilla extract to the melted chocolate mixture. Stir until well combined and smooth. The mixture should be thick and glossy.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading evenly.
- Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, until firm.
- Once firm, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge out of the pan. Cut into 16 squares and serve.
