Ingredients:

  • 30 Oreo cookies, regular flavor (about 300g / 10.6 oz)
  • 6 tablespoons (85g / 3 oz) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1g) salt
  • 8 ounces (227g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 ounce) can (397g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (237ml) heavy cream, cold
  • Optional: Additional crushed Oreos for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Finely crush the Oreo cookies using a food processor (or by placing them in a resealable bag and crushing with a rolling pin).
  2. Combine the crushed Oreos, melted butter, and salt in a medium bowl. Mix well until evenly moistened.
  3. Press the Oreo mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate to create the oreo pie crust.
  4. Place the pie crust in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  6. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, mixing until well combined.
  7. In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  8. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until evenly combined.
  9. Pour the filling into the prepared oreo pie crust.
  10. Cover the pie and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the filling to set completely.
  11. Before serving, garnish with additional crushed Oreos, if desired.
