Ingredients:

  • 1 box brownie mix (about 500g)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) water
  • 1 cup (300g) marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup (250g) creamy peanut butter
  • 1 ½ cups (225g) Kraft Premium Caramel bits or unwrapped caramels
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) milk or heavy cream
  • 1 cup (150g) dry roasted peanuts or salted nuts of choice
  • 1 ½ cups (250g) chocolate chips (1 cup milk chocolate chips & ½ cup dark chocolate chips)
  • 1/3 cup (80g) peanut butter or almond butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to package instructions. Prepare brownie mix following package directions in a 9x9-inch pan. Bake and allow to cool completely.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine marshmallow fluff and peanut butter until creamy and well-mixed. Microwave for 10-15 seconds for easier mixing. Spread over cooled brownies evenly.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine caramels and milk/cream. Heat for 1 minute, whisk, then heat in 30-second intervals until smooth. Pour evenly over nougat layer.
  4. Sprinkle dry roasted peanuts over the caramel layer and gently press them in.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Pour over the caramel and peanut layers, spreading evenly.
  6. Let the layered brownies set before cutting into squares.
