Ingredients:
- 3 lbs (1.36 kg) turkey wings, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 g) black pepper
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) onion powder
- 1 teaspoon (2 g) smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon (2 g) dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) low-sodium chicken broth or water
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Clean and dry turkey wings. If using marinade, combine marinade ingredients in a bowl and marinate wings for at least 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, toss turkey wings with olive oil and all dry spices until evenly coated.
- Place wings in a single layer on a baking sheet, skin-side up.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the wings rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
