Ingredients:

  • 2 Weetabix biscuits
  • 100ml milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 150g Greek Yogurt (0% or 2% fat)
  • 1 tbsp sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup, agave nectar, or a granulated sweetener)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (Optional)
  • Toppings of choice: Fresh berries, chopped nuts, seeds, granola, peanut butter, dark chocolate shavings

Instructions:

  1. In your chosen bowl or container, crumble the Weetabix biscuits with a fork.
  2. Pour the milk over the crumbled Weetabix, ensuring it's evenly moistened. Press down gently with the fork.
  3. In a separate small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla extract (if using). Mix well.
  4. Spoon the sweetened yogurt mixture over the soaked Weetabix base, spreading it evenly.
  5. Add your desired toppings. Get creative!
  6. Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight.
  7. Take it out of the fridge and dig in! Serve & Enjoy
