Ingredients:
- 2 Weetabix biscuits
- 100ml milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 150g Greek Yogurt (0% or 2% fat)
- 1 tbsp sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup, agave nectar, or a granulated sweetener)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (Optional)
- Toppings of choice: Fresh berries, chopped nuts, seeds, granola, peanut butter, dark chocolate shavings
Instructions:
- In your chosen bowl or container, crumble the Weetabix biscuits with a fork.
- Pour the milk over the crumbled Weetabix, ensuring it's evenly moistened. Press down gently with the fork.
- In a separate small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla extract (if using). Mix well.
- Spoon the sweetened yogurt mixture over the soaked Weetabix base, spreading it evenly.
- Add your desired toppings. Get creative!
- Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight.
