- 1/2 cup (45g) Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1 tbsp (12g) Chia Seeds
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
- 2/3 cup (160ml) Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/4 cup (60g) Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp (32g) Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Pure Maple Syrup
Instructions:
- In a 16 oz wide-mouth mason jar, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, and sea salt. If using optional protein powder, whisk it into the dry mixture now to prevent clumping.
- Add the almond milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and peanut butter to the jar.
- Stir thoroughly with a spoon, ensuring you reach the bottom corners to fully integrate the peanut butter into the liquid base until the mixture is homogenous.
- Seal the lid tightly and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- Place in the refrigerator to hydrate for at least 6 hours, or overnight, to achieve the desired thick consistency.
