Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (45g) Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1 tbsp (12g) Chia Seeds
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • 2/3 cup (160ml) Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup (60g) Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp (32g) Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Pure Maple Syrup

Instructions:

  1. In a 16 oz wide-mouth mason jar, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, and sea salt. If using optional protein powder, whisk it into the dry mixture now to prevent clumping.
  2. Add the almond milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and peanut butter to the jar.
  3. Stir thoroughly with a spoon, ensuring you reach the bottom corners to fully integrate the peanut butter into the liquid base until the mixture is homogenous.
  4. Seal the lid tightly and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  5. Place in the refrigerator to hydrate for at least 6 hours, or overnight, to achieve the desired thick consistency.
