Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • 12 oz filtered water
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp organic apple cider vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Instructions:

  1. Pour 12 oz filtered water into a clean glass.
  2. Stir in 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt until the water looks clear and no grains remain.
  3. Add 1 tsp organic apple cider vinegar and stir gently.
  4. Add 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, ensuring no seeds fall into the glass.
  5. Sprinkle in 1 pinch cayenne pepper.
  6. Carefully add 1/8 tsp baking soda. Wait for the bubbling to subside before stirring one last time.
  7. Use your spoon or frother to blend for 10 seconds until the cayenne is evenly suspended.
  8. If it's too sharp, add 2 oz more water.
  9. Drink the tonic slowly over 5 to 10 minutes.
  10. Always swish with plain water afterward to protect your enamel from the acidity.
