Ingredients:

  • 295 ml filtered water
  • 0.125 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp raw apple cider vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp raw honey

Instructions:

  1. Pour 295 ml of filtered water into a clean glass. Note: Use room temperature water initially to help the salt dissolve.
  2. Drop in exactly 0.125 tsp of pink Himalayan salt. Wait until the grains settle before stirring.
  3. Add 0.5 tsp of raw honey. Note: If using cold water, honey will take longer to blend.
  4. Use a spoon or frother to stir until the water looks clear and no grains remain.
  5. Pour in 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice. Watch for the slight color shift as the acid hits the mineral water.
  6. Measure 1 tsp of raw apple cider vinegar and stir gently.
  7. If you prefer it cold, add two ice cubes now. Listen for the gentle clinking against the glass.
  8. Give it one last stir and drink immediately for maximum freshness.
