Ingredients:
- 2 cans (16 oz / 453g each) refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/3 cup (65g) light brown sugar, packed
- 1 tsp (2g) ground cinnamon
- 1 cup (125g) powdered sugar, sifted
- 2 tbsp (30ml) heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) vanilla extract
- 1 pinch (0.5g) salt
- 2 oz (56g) orange Tic-Tacs
- 1 tbsp (15g) mini chocolate chips
- 1 tsp (5g) melted butter
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl until a smooth, gritty paste forms.
- Lightly brush the bottom of the parchment paper with a small amount of the cinnamon-sugar mixture to create a non-stick barrier.
- Open cinnamon roll cans and separate the dough pieces.
- Arrange 8-9 dough balls in a large circle in the center of the pan, pressing them slightly together.
- Arrange 5-6 dough balls in a slightly smaller circle directly on top of the base layer.
