Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (250g)

- ½ cup whole milk (120ml)
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted (60g)
- 1 large egg, beaten
- ½ cup brown sugar, packed (100g)
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon (15g)
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened (60g)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (120g)
- 2 tablespoons milk (30ml)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (2g)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in the milk, melted butter, and beaten egg until a soft dough forms.
- In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Spread softened butter evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture atop the butter.
- On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangular shape (about 1/4 inch thick).
- Tightly roll up the dough from the long side to form a log.
- Cut into 8 equal pieces.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish, cut side up, spacing them slightly apart.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- In a bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Drizzle icing over warm rolls and enjoy!
