Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (120g) High-quality Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup (120g) Full-fat Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup (122g) Real Buttermilk
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Dill Weed
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Chives
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:

  1. In a medium glass mixing bowl or 16oz mason jar, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk. Use a balloon whisk to blend until the mixture is completely smooth and no streaks of sour cream remain.
  2. Add the dried parsley, dill, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and optional Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Whisk vigorously for 30 seconds to incorporate the aromatics and begin the hydration process.
  4. Taste and adjust consistency if necessary; for a thinner pourable dressing, whisk in one additional tablespoon of buttermilk.
  5. Seal the container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the dried herbs to rehydrate and the flavors to fully meld.
