Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (120g) High-quality Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup (120g) Full-fat Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup (122g) Real Buttermilk
- 1 tsp Dried Parsley
- 1/2 tsp Dried Dill Weed
- 1/2 tsp Dried Chives
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
- In a medium glass mixing bowl or 16oz mason jar, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk. Use a balloon whisk to blend until the mixture is completely smooth and no streaks of sour cream remain.
- Add the dried parsley, dill, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and optional Worcestershire sauce.
- Whisk vigorously for 30 seconds to incorporate the aromatics and begin the hydration process.
- Taste and adjust consistency if necessary; for a thinner pourable dressing, whisk in one additional tablespoon of buttermilk.
- Seal the container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the dried herbs to rehydrate and the flavors to fully meld.
