Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) imitation crab meat, shredded
- 1 cup (150 g) cucumber, julienned
- 1 cup (150 g) carrots, julienned
- 1/2 cup (75 g) radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup (40 g) green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup (35 g) toasted sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Julienne the cucumber and carrots. Thinly slice the radishes and chop the green onions.
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Whisk until smooth, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded imitation crab, prepared vegetables, and toasted sesame seeds.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture. Gently toss to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Transfer the salad to a serving bowl and garnish with extra sesame seeds if desired.
