Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (225 g) imitation crab meat, shredded
  • 1 cup (150 g) cucumber, julienned
  • 1 cup (150 g) carrots, julienned
  • 1/2 cup (75 g) radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup (40 g) green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup (35 g) toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Julienne the cucumber and carrots. Thinly slice the radishes and chop the green onions.
  2. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Whisk until smooth, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded imitation crab, prepared vegetables, and toasted sesame seeds.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture. Gently toss to coat all ingredients evenly.
  5. Transfer the salad to a serving bowl and garnish with extra sesame seeds if desired.
