Ingredients:

  • 4 cups (950 ml) Cranberry Juice, chilled
  • 2 cups (475 ml) Raspberry Juice, chilled
  • 1 cup (240 ml) Pineapple Juice, chilled
  • 1 liter (approx. 4 cups) Lemon-Lime Soda (like Sprite or 7-Up), chilled
  • 1/2 cup (100g) Fresh or Frozen Cranberries, for garnish
  • 1 Orange, sliced into rounds, for garnish
  • Optional: Red food coloring (gel preferred), a few drops
  • Optional: Small gummy candies, cut into triangle shapes

Instructions:

  1. In a large punch bowl or pitcher, combine the chilled cranberry juice, raspberry juice, and pineapple juice. Stir well to mix.
  2. If desired, add a few drops of red food coloring to enhance the red color of the punch. Stir until evenly distributed.
  3. For a cooler punch, chill the juice mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving (optional).
  4. Just before serving, slowly pour in the chilled lemon-lime soda. Stir gently to combine. Be careful not to over stir, or you'll lose the fizz.
  5. Add fresh cranberries and orange slices to the punch bowl or pitcher for garnish.
  6. Pour the punch into glasses filled with ice (optional) and serve immediately. Add small gummy candies (optional).
