  • 3 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 2 cups Corn Chex cereal
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (e.g., cashews, almonds)
  • 1 cup pretzel sticks
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons furikake seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine rice Chex, corn Chex, mixed nuts, and pretzel sticks.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, soy sauce, furikake seasoning, and worcestershire sauce, if using.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and use a rubber spatula to gently toss until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Let cool completely before serving and store in an airtight container.
