Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (480 ml) orange juice, chilled
  • 1 cup (240 ml) pineapple juice, chilled
  • 2 cups (480 ml) lemon-lime soda, chilled
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) grenadine syrup
  • Ice cubes (for serving)
  • Orange slices (for garnish)
  • Maraschino cherries (for garnish)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the chilled orange juice and pineapple juice. Stir well.
  2. Gradually pour in the lemon-lime soda to the juice mixture. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Slowly drizzle the grenadine syrup into the pitcher. It will sink and create a layered look – do not stir!
  4. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the mocktail over the ice.
  5. Top each glass with an orange slice, a maraschino cherry, and a few mint leaves for a festive decoration.
