Ingredients:
- 1 box (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix (110 g)
- 2 cups cold milk (480 ml)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (240 ml)
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (15 g)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5 ml)
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (120 g)
- Mini chocolate chips or sprinkles (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until combined. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken slightly.
- In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract with a whisk or electric mixer until soft peaks form.
- Spoon a layer of graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of each shot glass. Add a layer of chocolate pudding on top of the crumbs. Follow with a layer of whipped cream.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a dollop of whipped cream.
- Refrigerate the assembled shot glasses for at least 30 minutes before serving. Top with mini chocolate chips or sprinkles if desired.
