Ingredients:

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Pudding shots mix (vanilla pudding)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) Milk
  • 1 cup (240 ml) Whipped cream
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Blue raspberry schnapps
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Blue curacao
  • Optional: Candy eyes for decoration

Instructions:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk. Whisk until smooth and thickened, about 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped cream into the pudding mixture using a rubber spatula.
  3. Add the vanilla vodka to the pudding mixture and gently fold it in until well combined.
  4. Spoon about 1 oz (30 ml) of the pudding mixture into each shot glass, filling them halfway.
  5. Carefully pour 1/2 oz (15 ml) of blue raspberry schnapps over the pudding layer in each shot glass. Top off with another layer of pudding mixture.
  6. Carefully pour a small amount (1/2 oz or 15 ml) of blue curacao on top of each shot for a layered effect.
  7. If desired, top each shot with a few candy eyes for decoration.
  8. Place the shot glasses in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
