Ingredients:
- 2 oz (60 ml) Pudding shots mix (vanilla pudding)
- 1 cup (240 ml) Milk
- 1 cup (240 ml) Whipped cream
- 1 oz (30 ml) Vanilla vodka
- 1 oz (30 ml) Blue raspberry schnapps
- 1 oz (30 ml) Blue curacao
- Optional: Candy eyes for decoration
Instructions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk. Whisk until smooth and thickened, about 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream into the pudding mixture using a rubber spatula.
- Add the vanilla vodka to the pudding mixture and gently fold it in until well combined.
- Spoon about 1 oz (30 ml) of the pudding mixture into each shot glass, filling them halfway.
- Carefully pour 1/2 oz (15 ml) of blue raspberry schnapps over the pudding layer in each shot glass. Top off with another layer of pudding mixture.
- Carefully pour a small amount (1/2 oz or 15 ml) of blue curacao on top of each shot for a layered effect.
- If desired, top each shot with a few candy eyes for decoration.
- Place the shot glasses in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
