Ingredients:

  • 1 package (3 oz) orange-flavored gelatin (85 g)
  • 1 package (3 oz) blue raspberry-flavored gelatin (85 g)
  • 1 package (3 oz) green apple-flavored gelatin (85 g)
  • 1 package (3 oz) grape-flavored gelatin (85 g)
  • 2 cups boiling water (480 ml)
  • 1 cup cold water (240 ml)
  • Optional: 1 cup whipped cream (240 ml)
  • 1 cup vodka (240 ml) (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the orange gelatin with 1 cup of boiling water. Whisk until fully dissolved. Add 1/4 cup of cold water and mix.
  3. Pour the orange mixture into shot glasses, filling them about 1/3 full. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
  4. Repeat with the blue raspberry gelatin, using the same method and adjusting with vodka if desired.
  5. Once the orange layer has set, carefully pour the blue layer over the back of a spoon to avoid mixing, filling each shot glass another 1/3 full and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
  6. Repeat with the green apple gelatin, pouring over the blue layer after it has set.
  7. Follow the same steps for the grape gelatin layer, and allow the final layer to set for at least 1 hour.
  8. If desired, pipe whipped cream on top of each shot before serving.
  9. Once all layers are set, serve chilled and enjoy the party!
