  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) blue curaçao
  • 1 cup (240 ml) crushed ice

  • Maraschino cherries (optional)
  • Fresh pineapple slices (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, add pineapple juice, coconut cream, banana liqueur, and crushed ice.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. Slowly drizzle in blue curaçao while blending until combined.
  4. Taste the drink mix and adjust sweetness or creaminess as desired.
  5. Pour the mixture into serving glasses.
  6. Top with whipped cream and garnish with maraschino cherries or fresh pineapple slices, if desired.
