Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240 ml) coconut milk (canned or carton)
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) pineapple juice
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) cream of coconut (not coconut cream)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) grenadine
- 6-8 ice cubes
- Optional: Green food coloring (for extra vibrancy)
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Pineapple slices (optional)
- Maraschino cherries (optional)
Instructions:
- Gather and measure all ingredients.
- Combine coconut milk, pineapple juice, banana, and cream of coconut in the blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If desired, add a few drops of green food coloring and blend until fully incorporated.
- Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes.
- Carefully pour the blended mixture over the ice in each glass.
- Slowly pour 1/2 tablespoon of grenadine into each glass for a fun layered effect.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with pineapple slices and cherries, if desired.
- Serve immediately with a colorful straw!
