Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240 ml) pineapple juice
  • ½ cup (120 ml) coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup (240 ml) ice cubes
  • Green food coloring (optional, for visual appeal)
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Lime wedges (for garnish)
  • Maraschino cherries (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Measure out all ingredients as listed above.
  2. In a blender, combine the pineapple juice, coconut cream, lime juice, and ice cubes. (Optional) Add a few drops of green food coloring for a fun effect.
  3. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and the ice is crushed (around 30 seconds to 1 minute).
  4. Taste the drink; adjust sweetness or tartness by adding more lime juice if desired.
  5. Pour the beverage into serving glasses. Top with whipped cream if desired and garnish with lime wedges and cherries.
  6. Serve immediately with a straw or enjoy as is!
