- 1 medium ripe banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey or agave syrup (optional, to taste)
- 1 cup (240 ml) ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Gather all ingredients and prepare the banana by slicing it.
- In a blender, combine pineapple juice, coconut milk, banana, and honey (if using).
- Add ice cubes to the blender.
- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
- Taste the drink; add more honey if needed for sweetness and blend again.
- Pour the Scooby Snack Drink into serving glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
