  • 1 cup (240 ml) coconut milk (canned, full-fat preferred)
  • 1 medium ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey or agave syrup (optional, to taste)
  • 1 cup (240 ml) ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Gather all ingredients and prepare the banana by slicing it.
  2. In a blender, combine pineapple juice, coconut milk, banana, and honey (if using).
  3. Add ice cubes to the blender.
  4. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
  5. Taste the drink; add more honey if needed for sweetness and blend again.
  6. Pour the Scooby Snack Drink into serving glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
