Ingredients:

  • 4 oz butterscotch schnapps
  • 2 oz vanilla vodka
  • 4 oz banana liqueur
  • 2 oz cream liqueur (such as Baileys)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Crushed graham crackers (for garnish)
  • Chocolate shavings or banana slices (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a shaker, combine butterscotch schnapps and vanilla vodka. Mix well and pour evenly into shot glasses.
  2. In the shaker, combine banana liqueur and cream liqueur. Gently layer this mixture over the back of a spoon onto the butterscotch layer.
  3. Whisk heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until soft peaks form.
  4. Spoon or pipe the whipped cream layer over the banana layer in each shot glass.
  5. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers and add optional chocolate shavings or banana slices on top.
  6. Chill shots for about 10 minutes before serving to firm up the whipped cream (optional).
