Ingredients:

  • 1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined (roughly chopped)
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 8 oz whipped Neufchatel cream cheese
  • 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Chop the shrimp into small, bite-sized pieces. Place them in a bowl and toss with the 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning until every piece is lightly coated.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the 8 oz whipped Neufchatel and 1 cup Greek yogurt. Whisk vigorously for about 2 minutes until the mixture is silky and light.
  3. Add the 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, and 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Stir until no streaks of spice remain.
  4. Gently fold in the 1/4 cup finely sliced green onions and 2 tbsp minced dill. Add the seasoned shrimp last. Use a spatula to turn the mixture until the shrimp are suspended in the base.
  5. Cover the bowl tightly with wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until the flavors have fully melded.
