Ingredients:
- 1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined (roughly chopped)
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 8 oz whipped Neufchatel cream cheese
- 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup green onions, finely sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
- Chop the shrimp into small, bite-sized pieces. Place them in a bowl and toss with the 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning until every piece is lightly coated.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the 8 oz whipped Neufchatel and 1 cup Greek yogurt. Whisk vigorously for about 2 minutes until the mixture is silky and light.
- Add the 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, and 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Stir until no streaks of spice remain.
- Gently fold in the 1/4 cup finely sliced green onions and 2 tbsp minced dill. Add the seasoned shrimp last. Use a spatula to turn the mixture until the shrimp are suspended in the base.
- Cover the bowl tightly with wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until the flavors have fully melded.
