Ingredients:
- 2 cups (240g) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon (5g) active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon (5g) salt
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil
- 3/4 cup (180ml) warm water
- 1 cup (240ml) BBQ sauce
- 1 cup (150g) cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup (100g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup (50g) red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup (20g) fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon (2g) red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt.
- Add olive oil and warm water. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the risen dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread BBQ sauce evenly over the base.
- Top with shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, and red onion.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Sprinkle with cilantro and red pepper flakes (if using) before serving.
