Ingredients:
- 1 (13.5 oz / 383g) package pre-made refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/4 cup (30g) crushed graham crackers
- 8 oz (227g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream

- 1 1/2 cups (approx. 180g) mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup (30g) crushed graham crackers (for garnish)

- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, heavy cream, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and melted.
- Spread the chocolate ganache evenly over the pizza crust.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows evenly over the chocolate ganache.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and slightly toasted. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Sprinkle with remaining crushed graham crackers. Slice and serve warm.
