Ingredients:

  • 1 (13.5 oz / 383g) package pre-made refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup (30g) crushed graham crackers
  • 8 oz (227g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp (14g) unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups (approx. 180g) mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup (30g) crushed graham crackers (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Sprinkle a clean surface with crushed graham crackers. Stretch or roll out the pizza dough to fit your pizza pan. Transfer to the pan lined with parchment paper (optional).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, heavy cream, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and melted.
  3. Spread the chocolate ganache evenly over the pizza crust.
  4. Sprinkle mini marshmallows evenly over the chocolate ganache.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and slightly toasted. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Sprinkle with remaining crushed graham crackers. Slice and serve warm.
