Ingredients:

  • 16 oz full-fat sour cream
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 packet sour cream onion dip mix
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Spoon the room temperature sour cream and mayonnaise into a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Fold the base together with a spatula until the mixture is completely smooth.
  3. Sprinkle in the sour cream onion dip mix, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Stir vigorously until no clumps of seasoning remain and the dip looks speckled.
  5. Fold in the freshly chopped chives and black pepper.
  6. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a tight lid.
  7. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until the dried onions are soft and hydrated.
  8. Give it one last stir before serving to redistribute the chives.
