Ingredients:

  • 2 medium-sized flatbreads (approx. 8 inches in diameter)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Sliced pepperoni (optional)
  • Sliced mushrooms (optional)
  • Diced bell peppers (optional)
  • Sliced black olives (optional)
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly brush each flatbread with olive oil.
  3. In a small bowl, combine tomato sauce, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the sauce evenly over each flatbread. Top with mozzarella cheese and your desired toppings.
  5. Place the flatbread pizzas on a baking sheet and bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the flatbread is golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil (if using), and serve immediately.
