Ingredients:
- 2 medium-sized flatbreads (approx. 8 inches in diameter)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Sliced pepperoni (optional)
- Sliced mushrooms (optional)
- Diced bell peppers (optional)
- Sliced black olives (optional)
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly brush each flatbread with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, combine tomato sauce, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the sauce evenly over each flatbread. Top with mozzarella cheese and your desired toppings.
- Place the flatbread pizzas on a baking sheet and bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the flatbread is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil (if using), and serve immediately.
