Ingredients:
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple, undrained (567g)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (100g)
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (30g)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (113g)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (113g)
- 1/2 cup butter, melted (113g)
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed (approximately 1 1/2 cups crumbs) (113g)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the crushed pineapple, sugar, flour, cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter and crushed Ritz crackers. Toss until coated.
- Pour the pineapple mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the buttery Ritz cracker crumbs evenly over the pineapple mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly around the edges.
- Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
