Ingredients:

  • 20 ounces crushed pineapple, undrained (567g)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (100g)
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (30g)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (113g)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (113g)
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted (113g)
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed (approximately 1 1/2 cups crumbs) (113g)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the crushed pineapple, sugar, flour, cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter and crushed Ritz crackers. Toss until coated.
  4. Pour the pineapple mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the buttery Ritz cracker crumbs evenly over the pineapple mixture.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly around the edges.
  7. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
