Ingredients:

  • 60 ml (2 oz) Limoncello (chilled)
  • 90 ml (3 oz) Prosecco (chilled)
  • 30 ml (1 oz) Soda Water (chilled)
  • Orange slice, for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Chill Your Glass: If you have the time, pop your glass in the freezer for a few minutes to get it extra frosty.
  2. Add Ice: Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  3. Pour Limoncello: Add the chilled Limoncello to the glass.
  4. Top with Prosecco: Gently pour the chilled Prosecco over the Limoncello.
  5. Add Soda Water: Top with a splash of soda water.
  6. Garnish: Garnish with an orange slice.
  7. Stir (Optional): Gently stir with a bar spoon if desired (but be careful not to over-stir and lose the bubbles!).
  8. Serve Immediately: Serve and enjoy your Italian escape!
