Ingredients:
- 1 lb fresh strawberries
- 1 cup high-quality dark chocolate chips (70% cacao)
- 1 tsp virgin coconut oil
- 2 tbsp finely crushed pistachios
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 tsp freeze-dried raspberry dust
Instructions:
- Wash the 1 lb of strawberries and dry them thoroughly with a paper towel.
- Combine dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe glass bowl.
- Microwave in 20 second bursts, stirring vigorously between each. Cook until just a few small lumps remain, then stir until the residual heat melts them completely.
- Place the crushed pistachios, hemp hearts, and raspberry dust in separate small shallow bowls.
- Hold a strawberry by the green stem and submerge it into the chocolate. Twist gently as you lift it out to let the excess drip off.
- Immediately dip the tip or sides into your chosen topping while the chocolate is still wet.
- Place the berry on a sheet of parchment paper and let them sit until the surface looks matte and firm.
- Flash set. Place the tray in the refrigerator for 5 minutes until the shell feels cold and hard.
- Let them sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving to let the flavors 'bloom.'
