Ingredients:

  • 2.75 cups whole milk
  • 1.25 cups heavy cream
  • 0.75 cup + 1 tbsp vanilla syrup
  • 6 tbsp + 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 2.5 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Combine the whole milk, heavy cream, vanilla syrup, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract in a large pitcher. Whisk vigorously for 1-2 minutes until the sugar granules have completely dissolved and the liquid is uniform.
  2. Pour the mixture into the slushie machine reservoir, staying below the maximum fill line. Select the Milkshake or Creamy setting.
  3. Wait for the machine to complete its cycle until the mixture reaches a soft peak consistency, appearing as a thick, swirling ribbon.
  4. Dispense the slushie into chilled glasses.
