Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (45g) Rolled Oats (not instant)
  • 1 cup (240ml) Milk (Dairy, Almond, Soy, or Oat milk will work)
  • 1/4 cup (60g) Plain Yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) Maple Syrup (or honey)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup (75g) Mixed Berries (Fresh or Frozen)
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds

Instructions:

  1. In a mason jar, combine rolled oats, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir all ingredients together thoroughly until well combined. Ensure there are no clumps of oats.
  3. Gently fold in the mixed berries.
  4. Seal the jar tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight, to allow the oats to soften and absorb the liquid.
  5. Before serving, give the oats a good stir. Add a splash more milk if the oats seem too thick.
