Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (45g) Rolled Oats (not instant)
- 1 cup (240ml) Milk (Dairy, Almond, Soy, or Oat milk will work)
- 1/4 cup (60g) Plain Yogurt (Greek or regular)
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Maple Syrup (or honey)
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup (75g) Mixed Berries (Fresh or Frozen)
- Optional: 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
Instructions:
- In a mason jar, combine rolled oats, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Stir all ingredients together thoroughly until well combined. Ensure there are no clumps of oats.
- Gently fold in the mixed berries.
- Seal the jar tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight, to allow the oats to soften and absorb the liquid.
- Before serving, give the oats a good stir. Add a splash more milk if the oats seem too thick.
