Ingredients:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter (250g)
- 1 cup rolled oats (120g)
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup (50g)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (5g)
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips (75g) (optional)
- ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut (30g) (optional)
- ¼ cup chopped nuts (30g) (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the baking pan by lining it with parchment paper (optional for easier removal).
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well blended.
- Gradually add rolled oats to the mixture.
- Stir in optional mix-ins (chocolate chips, coconut, nuts) until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
- Press the mixture firmly into the pan to create an even layer.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.
- Remove from the pan, cut into squares, and serve.
