Ingredients:
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup creamy unsweetened peanut butter
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, peanut butter, and chicken broth until smooth.
- Add the egg and rolled oats, stirring until fully incorporated.
- Lightly flour a surface and roll out the dough to about 1/4-inch thick.
- Use a cookie cutter to cut out shapes and transfer them to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- (Optional) Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of each treat.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before serving.
