Ingredients:
- 250g Digestive biscuits, finely crushed
- 100g Unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 397g Can of sweetened condensed milk
- 3-4 medium ripe bananas, sliced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 300ml Heavy cream, very cold
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Grated chocolate (optional)
- Cocoa powder (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine crushed biscuits, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a pie dish and chill for 30 minutes.
- Make caramel: Simmer sweetened condensed milk (or use store-bought).
- Spread caramel evenly over the chilled biscuit base.
- Toss banana slices with lemon juice and arrange on top of the caramel.
- Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Spread whipped cream over the bananas. Garnish with chocolate or cocoa powder (optional).
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.
