Ingredients:

  • 250g Digestive biscuits, finely crushed
  • 100g Unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 397g Can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 3-4 medium ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 300ml Heavy cream, very cold
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Grated chocolate (optional)
  • Cocoa powder (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Combine crushed biscuits, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a pie dish and chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Make caramel: Simmer sweetened condensed milk (or use store-bought).
  3. Spread caramel evenly over the chilled biscuit base.
  4. Toss banana slices with lemon juice and arrange on top of the caramel.
  5. Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  6. Spread whipped cream over the bananas. Garnish with chocolate or cocoa powder (optional).
  7. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.
